Gversion Limited provides online property management software, bespoke web development, web and graphic design, online marketing, email and web hosting and IT technical support.

Where you are a client of ours, our processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of our contact with you, in that we need the information in order to communicate with clients and carry out our services. How long do we keep your data?

We will generally keep your personal data for as long as you are an ongoing client. Should you stop being our client then we will store your data no longer than 2 years from the date of termination of our services, except when that data must be kept longer for legal reasons.

What are my rights?

You have the right to obtain access to your personal data; to be informed about how we use it; to have it updated or corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete; to request that we restrict its processing or remove your data entirely from our system. When asked to remove a record from our database, we will retain minimal information to ensure we do not contact you or collect such information again. Whilst we will never disclose or share your data with others without your consent, we use third party processors to provide our services; these companies will process or store your information on our behalf.
