Introduction
Gversion Limited provides online property management software, bespoke web development, web and graphic design, online marketing, email and web hosting and IT technical support.
Our registered office is at 1st Floor Sackville House, 143-149 Fenchurch Street, London, England, EC3M 6BN. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09312942. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) under registration number ZA098196.

What personal data do we collect?
We collect the data of our clients to carry out our various services. This information may include your full name, billing and postal addresses and other contact details including your email address and telephone number.

Where do we collect personal data from?
We normally collect personal data directly from you. This may be provided by you in the course of meetings, telephone conversations, online forms, or emails. You may also be recommended by word of mouth, for example by a friend or a colleague and we may gather information from LinkedIn, Google, company websites, press and periodicals and other publicly available sources.
How do we use your personal data?
We use your personal data to communicate with you and carry out the services you have requested. By providing us with your personal information you indicate your willingness to share and have your information stored by us.
We always respect your privacy. Your information will never be disclosed or shared with others without your consent, unless required to do so by law.
What legal basis do we have for using your information?
Where you are a client of ours, our processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of our contact with you, in that we need the information in order to communicate with clients and carry out our services. We may also process personal data under the legal basis of legitimate interest where you contact us showing interest in our services.

How long do we keep your data?
We will generally keep your personal data for as long as you are an ongoing client. Should you stop being our client then we will store your data no longer than 2 years from the date of termination of our services, except when that data must be kept longer for legal reasons.
What are my rights?
You have the right to obtain access to your personal data; to be informed about how we use it; to have it updated or corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete; to request that we restrict its processing or remove your data entirely from our system. When asked to remove a record from our database, we will retain minimal information to ensure we do not contact you or collect such information again. If you don’t wish us to hold any data on you or would prefer that we do not contact you for any reason, please contact us by emailing data@gversion.com.

Whilst we will never disclose or share your data with others without your consent, we use third party processors to provide our services; these companies will process or store your information on our behalf.

Your personal data may be processed outside the UK/EU by us or the third parties we use. Where these transfers take place, we will always ensure the same high standard of protection for your personal data and rely on companies adhering to standards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
